By visiting our Platform, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use following changes constitutes acceptance.

All fragrances and products listed on our Platform are subject to the following conditions:

Orders & Payment
Placing an order on our Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only upon our written confirmation of your order via email.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and select international destinations. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Standard Delivery
5–7 business days across India. Free on orders above ₹999.
Express Delivery
2–3 business days. Additional charges apply based on location.
International
10–18 business days. Customs duties borne by the recipient.
Packaging
All orders are packed with premium, eco-friendly materials to ensure safe delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We want every customer to be completely satisfied. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

All content on the Albait Perfume Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product names, fragrance descriptions, photographs, graphics, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Albait Perfume or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our Platform without prior written consent.
- You may not create derivative works or reverse-engineer any part of our Platform.
- Unauthorised use of the "Albait Perfume" name or logo is strictly prohibited.
- Personal, non-commercial sharing of product links for gifting recommendations is permitted.
- Press and media enquiries for use of brand assets may be directed to our contact email.
User Conduct
By using our Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or checkout.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or databases.
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from our Platform.
- Posting defamatory, offensive, or unlawful reviews or comments.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albait Perfume, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any product purchased through it.
Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
Step 1 — Negotiation
Contact our support team. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours amicably.
Step 2 — Mediation
Unresolved disputes will be referred to a mutually agreed mediator before legal proceedings.
Step 3 — Arbitration
Final disputes resolved under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Changes to Terms
Albait Perfume reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
We recommend that you periodically review these Terms. For material changes, we may notify registered customers via email. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
