At Albait Perfume, we are committed to delivering your fragrances safely, swiftly, and in pristine condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and dispatch orders across India and internationally.

All orders are processed from our fulfilment centre in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. This policy is effective as of January 1, 2025.

Fast Dispatch Promise All confirmed orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed and handed to our courier partner within 24 hours.

Order Processing Time

Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when it is handed to our courier partner. It does not include transit time.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Albait Perfume is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections. Fragrances are declared accurately on all customs forms.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the flammable nature of alcohol-based perfumes and airline regulations, certain restrictions apply to where and how we can ship.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, certain situations may cause unavoidable delays.

Natural Calamities & Force Majeure Deliveries may be delayed due to floods, storms, earthquakes, or other natural events beyond our control. We will notify you proactively if your order is affected.
Festive / Peak Seasons During Diwali, Eid, Christmas, and New Year, delivery timelines may extend by 2–4 additional business days due to high courier volumes across India.
Incorrect Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply. Please double-check your delivery details before placing an order.
Failed Delivery Attempts Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order is returned to us. A re-delivery fee will apply. We will contact you before the order is cancelled.

Shipping FAQs

How do I get free shipping on my order?
Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your cart value exceeds ₹999 (or the applicable threshold for your region). No coupon code is required. The cart page shows exactly how much more you need to add for free shipping.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us at support@albaitperfume.com or WhatsApp us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
First, check with neighbours, building security, or family members who may have accepted the delivery. If the package is still not found, contact us within 48 hours of the "Delivered" status. We will raise a dispute with the courier and investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is currently available only in Rajkot city for orders placed before 11:00 AM IST on business days. We are working to expand this service to more cities. Check availability at checkout by entering your pin code.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for domestic orders in select pin codes across India. A small COD handling fee of ₹30–₹50 may apply. COD is not available for international orders or orders above ₹5,000. Check availability at checkout.
Will my fragrance be affected by heat during shipping?
We use insulated packaging during summer months (April–July) to protect fragrance integrity. Perfumes are stable at most shipping temperatures, but we recommend storing them away from direct sunlight once received. If you notice any change in scent due to heat damage, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
